The start of stripping the motor down. Prep will begin in the beginning of the year. hopefull the supercharger will be arriving at that time.

UUC stage 2 flywheel (8.5lb) , M5 clutch, 2.93LSD differential, and E36 328i/is manual driveshaft has been shipped out so awaiting for these parts. Beginning of the year I will order the remaining parts to get the project fully rolling. Once all the parts arrives within a week it will be finished. I will give more update of what is needed once I get everything togather and a lot more pics of the swap.
